Thank you for shopping with DeduTravel. Here's how we get your order to you.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any free-shipping offers will be shown at checkout when they apply.

Customs, duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out through our contact page and we'll make it right.

Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
